nothing works anymore

Whenever I download books they are not displayed or loaded. It worked very well until a few days ago, but now the program crashes or does not work properly, is no longer completely displayed.

Could you please confirm the Adobe application you are using to open the books.

Are you using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or the Adobe Digital Edition?
