Occasionally hangs in loading pdf file in IE 11

Hi,

Some users of our company are using

- Adobe Reader DC version : 15.2320070.215641

- IE 11 version : 11.0.9600.18816

occasionally hangs when opening pdf, This screen shows progress bar and initializing forever,

Can you experience like that ? Any solution ?

Yes, users are facing issue when trying to view pdfs in IE. Sometimes it is freezing - loading pdf.

Thanks for your suggested solutions. I will try that in users' PC and hope can solve the problem.
