Offline software activation

I have a computer that never goes online and I want to install a PDF reader/writer that does not need to register online.

can anyone help me with this?

Hi Marcp,

As you need to install the Adobe Reader on your desktop that never goes online, for that you need the installer file of the application.

You can download the installer file from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution 

Then you can transfer that installer file using external hard drive to your desktop.

Once you have the installer file, you can install the application on your system without going online.

If you want a PDF writer you will need to get the "Classic" version of Acrobat, which is a perpetual license, not a subscription.

You still need to activate it, but it can be done over the phone.
