open valid account gets screen to use free trial or purchase pro won't go past this screen ,

since MAC update , 

login to Export PDF select file  ,opens page to 7 DAY FREE TRIAL / BUY PRO  . no other options . 

Checked account , paid until DEC 2020 . 

Free trial yesterday in PHOTOSHOP was no use so I cancelled, ADOBE locked  me out of ALL SERVICES for that ID , but also shut other account that IS valid . 

Got that account re-instated, can open but will not go past that first page . 

Tried opening other ID not valid. 

whats good FREEWARE for file conversion ?
