opened all tools bar in side while startup in Acrobat

Hello

i wonder if you guys can help me with this issue:

As you can see my "All tools" is open every time that i start the app.

Is there any way too close this bar by default?

something like the picture above?   (keep in mind that i want this happen on startup every single time.)
