Opening pdf using AcroExch.Document.DC

Hi All,

I am using Acrobat Reader DC and trying to open a pdf using AcroExch.Document.DC but getting below error.

Note:

1) Protected mode is OFF

2) Default PDF Handler as well

3) version: 2019.008.20081

Could anyone please suggest to resolve this issue.
