Buenos días, al actualizar adobe reader ha desaparecido la licencia y ahora tengo el programa de versión gratuita y no tengo la licencia... cómo es posible??

Adobe Reader/Acrobat Reader is always free, never has a paid license. So I think you used to have Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard, and you instead installed Reader. Reinstall what you paid for.

I don't understand since you seem to say you have the Windows serial number. Then you don't.

Did you purchase it from Adobe, or register it with them? Did you buy it online, or in a box?

Was an email from a reseller but sent it to an exemployee and we dont have access to his mailbox.

Unless you registered it with Adobe at some point, or have a proof of purchase from a certified reseller, I think you're out of luck.
