Buenos días, al actualizar adobe reader ha desaparecido la licencia y ahora tengo el programa de versión gratuita y no tengo la licencia... cómo es posible??

    Ok, now please check what software you have today. Is it Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Standard? Please go to ABOUT in the HELP menu to check what the software is called.

      Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License IE (65258987)

      i dont have the serial just Número de serie WIN and Número de serie de MAC windows 7 enterprise 64x

      Adobe Reader/Acrobat Reader is always free, never has a paid license. So I think you used to have Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard, and you instead installed Reader. Reinstall what you paid for.

        Me pidió actualizar y por lo visto, me sobreescribió el software... eso no debía ocurrir... ahora no tengo la licencia
