pas capable signer les documents pdf

J’essaie de signer mes documents PDF, mais j’ai toujours ce message d’erreur ( l’auteur de ce formulaire a indique les champs que vous pouvez renseigner. Cliquer sur un champ pour commencer a remplir le formulaire.)

The error generally appears when the PDF creator adds form fields to get the information filled by you.

Could you please confirm how you are filling out the form?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot or the PDF form so we can look at it?

It seems to be a PDF-specific issue. Is that right? If yes, then we can suggest more after checking the PDF form.
