I was under the impression my subscription was a one off annual subscription but the subscription seems to be coming out every week. Is it weekly or annual? Does anyone else find it frustrating trying to contact these people?

I have checked your Adobe account under the id mentioned here and seems you have a subscription where you pay upfront for the whole year.

So please confirm if you have any other Adobe id with the subscription so we can look for the charges you are referring to.
