PDF Attachment

Yesterday I loaded Adobe Acrobat Reader to my laptop with Windows 10 but I still cannot open a PDF attachment to an email that was recently sent to me.

    How are you trying to open it?

    Try saving the attachment (without trying to open it) to your computer, open Reader then use File>Open to open the pdf.

    I tried saving it but it did not work.

    My browser is Google Chrome.  I right clicked on the attachment and clicked save as but only the email message was saved not the attachment.  However, when I used Firefox, the PDF attachment opened.  Too confusing to figure out.

    Google Chrome is not compatible with Adobe Reader. It uses it's own pdf viewer.

    Email clients are all different, so not sure what to tell you there.

    Easy enough. Firefox uses Adobe Reader to open pdf files.
