PDF Comments in red

Hi,

The comments shown in red colour in the comments, is getting error, when we are clicking in the comments box the text become some error language

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

What is the version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Are you facing this issue with all the PDF files or with one PDF file?
