I work in a Mac environment, most recently with a new I Pad Pro. I run reports from a corporate web browser in PDF format. Many times I download a multiple page PDF and only see the first page. anything beyond the first page is not properly downloaded. In some instances I can see the full multiple page report. In either instance trying to save the multiple page PDF never saves all pages of the report, even though in some instances I am able to see all pages of the report on screen.
Any ideas how to fix?

Hi roberta87424725,
Looking at the issue description it seems you have to check with the internal team who has designed the solution to run those reports for you.
How does it work on Desktop?

Here is the challenge.
I can run the report on a new imac desktop (3 months old), view the pdf in a firefox browser and download that pdf file for saving and viewing. Doing the same action on the imac desktop through safari viewer does not work.
Using a firefox browser on my brand new ipad pro i can view the pdf document in the browser window, but when I try to save it, say an eight page report, it only saves the first page.
So, you think this is a host system, back-end problem?

Firefox uses an internal plugin to display PDF files, unless you tell it to use the Adobe plugin. So the problem is probably with that plugin.
You should save the file to your local computer and then open it using Adobe Reader instead of opening it in the browser.
Safari does the same thing, by the way.
