Hi,
For some time now we experience some weird random issues with some features within Adobe Acrobat Reader on Azure AVD. Time to time the following issues occur:
1. E-mail icon not working. Able to click on the icon but nothing happens.
2. After adding a text block. The user is unable to move the textblock even though the move icon appears.
3. Marking text won't mark anything.
4. Sometimes saved signatures are gone and the user need to add them again.
Multiple users mentioned they've had some sort of these problems before. And it occasionally returns. After a while it seem to work again. But it's becoming quite anoying. What could cause this behaviour?
Version installed: Adobe Acrobat Reader Continuous Release 2024.005.20320 64 bits

Could you please check if this is also happening with the latest build of Acrobat Reader 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025? Please install the latest patch and let us know if you experience any issues. If the issue persists, please collect the complete logs using the log collector tool from the affected machine and share them with us for further investigation.
