PDF file 8.8 x 11 won't print

I have a new printer; it prints great!

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 19.010.xxxxx

One vendor sends me pricing in 8.8" x 11" format; and no matter what trick I try I can not get this document to print.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Tried printing on 11 x 17 paper; tried fitting to page; tried scaling it down.

Printer tells me paper is not the right size for what I'm trying to print.

Printer folks say it's a software issue because it prints every time I ask it to print on everything else.

Just this one document that I get four times a year that I want a printed copy of.
