I have file not open with adobe reader but open normal with Foxit reader

Hi SiliconExpert,

The file you have shared with us created by a third-party application which we don't have any control over. You can check PDF producing application by opening pdf in Reader > right-click > Document Properties > Description tab. If you have Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine, one thing you can try is to open pdf in Google Chrome and print it to Adobe PDF. You can refer to the steps given in the following link on how to :Enable Create PDF extension for Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat

Please try troubleshooting steps given in the following link:

See how to troubleshoot problems opening PDF files and other PDF related issues

Could you let us know the operating system you are using- Mac/Windows?

And, the version of Adobe Reader installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is there any error message you are getting when trying to open pdf?

Are you not able to open a specific pdf file or all the files?

My operating system: MSWindows 7

the version: adobe acrobat reader version 2015.008.20082

the error message: there was an error processing a page. there was a problem reading this document (110)

there are some files only and if you need to send the file no problem but please send me to email to send the file on it

Please try updating Reader to the latest patch and see if that works. Launch Reader>click Help>select "Check for Updates".

I have updated to version 2015.023.20070 and also I have license adobe acrobat professional and the same issue

Click Add Files > Choose files from my computer.

(ii) Select the file > Create Link.
