PDF form attachment

Hi

I want to send a PDF form with the javascript this.mailDoc();. The command open the mail for send, but it does'n attach the form. I saved it as a Reader Extended PDF file. I tried this

this.mailDoc(true, "moni1087@gmail.com", "mmr@xanum.uam.mx", "", "Formato", "Formato de los Laboratorios de Docencia");

What can I do?

What application are you using to open the PDF file with?

Hi try67:

I've been used many applications, included Acrobat. In no one is working. The idea is upload the PDF Form to web and then the user can fill the form and send it to an email.
