inverted like colors in Reader DC but shows fine in Edge.

Ive tried the following:

1.) Deleting appdata preferences folder.

2.) Updating graphics drivers.

3.) Reinstalling without and with Revo.

4.) Changing accessibility and display settings.

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, the PDF shows with inverted colours but shows fine when opened in Edge.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on your computer? To check the version of the application please use the link  here (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
make sure you have the latest version of the application. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Also make sure all the video driver of the computers are up to date.

Web browsers use their own PDF viewers to view and display the PDF files. As the file is getting displayed fine in Edge please try to recreate and download the file again by doing save as with a different file name when opened in edge and see if that works for you.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal
