is It possible to fill pdf forms in blue or other than black ink

When you create the form you can specify the text color.

thanks for your reply. but I am not creating the form, actually i downloaded Bank account opening form from concerned bank site and i need fill it up all those details in blue colors.

Then the bank would have to create it that way. I'm not sure that I would change they way they want you to fill out the form anyway. They may have a reason for it being the color that it is.
