Hi, my question is simple,

We are 4 people at my office who are using the same pdf files. Those files are customers list and we have to put hooks next to their name. when we are done we have to save the file but when someone is already in the file, we cannot save. Is it possible that all the people could save without any of us leaving the list and loose all our works?

Thanks

No. PDF files were not built for this kind of shared editing. You should use some other file format, have each person work on their own local copy of the PDF, and merge the data from all files at the end of the process.
