PDF Negative Color

Hey guys,

Having some trouble with Adobe Reader at the moment. My PDF files goes what it seems to a negative/inverted color (white text on black background). I tried everything on this earlier thread, but had no luck. https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/my-pdf-files-are-suddenly-black-or-quot-inverted-quot-when-viewing-in-acrobat-dc/td-p/10083516?page=1

Accessibility settings is right with no boxes checked. I even tried unistalling it and reinstalling it. Also, by removing the Adobe folder in my C drive.

When I open the PDF in a web browser, I can see the PDF clearly, but when I open with Adobe Reader, the colors inverts. So, I assume it's a Reader issue.

Hopefully, someone has an answer to this question.

EDIT: I work as a Helpdesk and this user was having this issue for a while. We use Active Directory and the user has a domain account. I tried handing him a new laptop and even nuked his profile in the local machine, but had no luck.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

For investigating the issue we would like a few details as:
1. Does it happen with alone PDF or with every PDF file? Can you share one such PDF file?
2. Can you provide the Acrobat version you are using?
You can find the version using the steps mentioned below:
Go to Help -> About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

If you are not using the latest version we request you to move to latest version.

Thanks,

Sweta Karn
