PDF Not Printing Center

This used to work, but now I am unable to print my PDF image center. Below is the preview with the settings.

But the printed result looks more like this:

Printing the Windows test page shows just fine, which leads me to believe this is an issue with Acrobat Reader DC, and not the printer.
Is there something wrong with the settings? The file itself?

What size is the paper?

What size is the PDF page size (hover bottom left to see this info)?

Standard printing paper size (8.5 x 11).

Adobe says PDF is 11.64 x 15.52
