PDF Not Printing Correctly

HI, please can somebody point me in the right direction.

I am trying to print two different PDF document's (Airline Boarding Pass and Airport Parking pass). They are both from separate companies but I'm experiencing the same problem with both forms when trying to print.

When i print the PDF the form prints but the information in the relevant fields come out blank! I believe i've searched everything but can't work out what setting is preventing the PDF from printing fully, its driving me mad!
