PDF Pack will not work on my acrobat reader

I signed up for Adobe PDF pack and some of its features will not work on Acrobar Reader DC on my desktop. While they features work on the cloud version, I would also like to to access features like combine files and reorder pages on my desktop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and updated after the reinstall to make sure I am up to date. I also made sure I was signed in. What is the next step in fixing this problem?

    PDF Pack does not offer those features on the desktop. Only Acrobat does.
