PDF Pixelated in Acrobat Reader

Question

I have a new laptop that I've loaded Acrobat Reader to and when I open any PDF, all of the content gets pixelated when I click on any part of the page with my mouse. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Reader multiple times and can't fix this isse. I'm trying to attach a picture here.

Any suggestions?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the black and white dots
