PDF Printing Unresponsive

When I select the print function on an open PDF, Adobe becomes unresponsive. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, updated my computer, and tried many different documents. 

Any solutions?

@lynette_7373 after multiple reinstalls and updates., you might also consider updating your printer drivers directly from the manufacturer's website or, as a temporary diagnostic step, disabling "Enhanced Security" or "Protected Mode at startup" within Acrobat's Preferences (Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)), but remember to re-enable security settings after testing.

As the application becomes unresponsive, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/454wZLc

 

You may also try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested below: 

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4lxdhxK).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4f1fBKY.

 

Try updating the printer driver as well. Please also go through the following help document to update the printer drivers: https://adobe.ly/44waZc6

 

If you are still experiencing the issue, please check if it happens when printing a particular file or a file from a specific location. Also, could you share the Acrobat and OS version numbers you use on the machine?

Could you confirm if it happens with all the files you try to print? Also, please share the Acrobat and OS versions.

Please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID with us. We will then check the logs.
