PDF to WORD-conversion does not work despite a validated subscription

Hi.

I tried to convert a pdf to word today but the program asks me to pay for a new subscription of this service. I still have a valid subscripton for this service (see above). I logged out and in again on the pdf reader but it did not help. Please let me know how to solve this problem asap.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you please share a snapshot of the error message you see?

Also, please try the workflow on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and let us know if you are able to convert on web?
