pdf/UA identifier missing

Hello Community

Does anyone in here know how I add a pdf/UA identifier to my pdf document in acrobat reader - or in any other way?

I need to have my document proved accessible by the PAC3, and I've got everything set except the pdf/UA identifier.

My mistake, I do have Acrobat Pro and not Acrobat Reader.

Preflight and PDF subset management isn't free. PDF/X and PDF/A support is in Acrobat Pro - but not PDF/UA, so far as I know...

I actually have Acrobat Pro (sorry for the confusion), but can't seem to find settings for pdf/UA either.
