PDF With TrueType Font

I have a PDF with text in TrueType fonts. I am not able to convert it into Word Doc or Text. Or use Read Aloud option. Is there any way to convert the file with normal font like Ariel, Times New Roman, etc., ?

Adobe Reader by itself provides no capability to export to Word? What are you actually using, Acrobat?

 

With Acrobat's PDF export to Word, we know of no issues associated with TrueType fonts per se. The fact that Read Aloud doesn't work with your file is indicative of issues with the PDF file that aren't associated with whether the fonts are TrueType or not. What created the PDF file? Can you post an example?
