Hi

Has anyone found issues with the latest App update for iPad Adobe Acrobat?

We try an open a PDF from dropbox on the iPad and a different file opens. When we open the same PDF on the desktop Acrobat Reader we have no issues.

We can we open the PDF on the iPad App.

You say it's a "different" PDF. Different how? Please be detailed.

Hi

The same PDF.

I can open the PDF on Acrobat Reader on the PC. But when I try and open the same PDF on the iPad App the App opens a different file (Diffenent pdf file to one that i was trying to opening)

The PDF file is saved on a Dropbox folder.

But different in what way? We can't look over your shoulder... ! For example:

- instead of what I expected, it is a different file that I opened yesterday?

- instead of what I expected, it is a file with a message about Acrobat?

- instead of what I expected, it seems to be a file of information I never saw before, meant for someone else?

- instead of what I expected, it is a completely blank PDF?

Is it always the same different file, or a different file each time?

Please tell us the story, this is not a usual problem.

Diffent in that - Instead of what I expected, it is a different file that was opened many months ago?

I have 10 drivers with iPads. They are all having issues. When they try and open a delivery docket pdf, a much older delivery docket pdf for a different address opens.

This is only happening on the iPads. No issue when opening the pdf on Acrobat Reader on the desktop.
