Pluginfinder failure

I have the latest Acrobat Reader installed.

I try to open a protected PDF. When I open it, Acrobat Reader launch a page in my browser, but le link is broken :

How is it possible de download the package and install it?

My guess is that it needs FileOpen. Try downloading from http://www.fileopen.com/
