hello, when sending a mass correspondence, I do not have Polish characters in the content of the e-mail message, can you help me?

I use adobe acrobat PDF in MS Word, everything works for me in sending e-mails, only the content of the e-mail is not Polish, it should be "Zob. załączony plik PDF." and it is "Zob. załšczony plik PDF."
