I am creating a portfolio in acrobat pro DC, when I try to open it a cover sheet appears that says you must load reader X for best viewing. I work in a government facility so we can not load or update any programs. How can I save this portfolio so it can be opened on other pdf readers?
Exactly what app are you viewing it in? This is fully expected in almost all non-Adobe PDF readers, almost all web browsers and email apps. To view a portfolio you need Acrobat or Reader.
