Predictive Text wont turn off?

The issue I'm having is the predictive text keeps showing previous inputs whenever I use the Fill and Sign tool, across different documents. Some of this is information is sensitive and shouldn't really be repeated so I don't want it showing up in predictive text whenever I'm filling something out.

I have already looked in the Preferences and Auto-Complete is definitely switched off, but the predictive text still appears regardless.
