Preview PDF in Windows Explorer 10

Quelle solution?

Cordialement

Windows 10, 64, Adobe version 2018.011.20035

Hi Alaing,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

If you have enabled all the browser settings as suggested in the related help document- Enable thumbnail preview of PDFs in Windows Explorer  and it still doesn't work, then try-

Set Adobe Reader as a default pdf viewer (if its not set to default) as suggested in the related discussion A quick and easy fix for pdf thumbnail problem with Acrobat and Reader X

if that doesn't help, then you may reset the application preferences- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat. and try again.

Or try in a new user account as suggested- Can't preview pdf in Windows 7 explorer preview pane

Regards,

Akanchha
