Hello all,

I'm not able to print my comments in a summary at the end of the document. If I choose "summarize comments" in the print menu, after each page with comments on it, there is a separate page added behind with the comments on the precedent slide. How can I summarize and print all comments of an entire pdf at the end of the document?

I also do not have a possibility to create a comment summary (see picture)

How can i print a comment summary at the end of a document? Thank you for your help in advance!

You need Adobe Acrobat Pro for this.

You need to go here: https://acrobatusers.com/actions-exchange

And download the comment summary action tool

Thank you. However I'm unfortunately unable to install the actions-exchange (.sequ file is not recognized). Is it only possible with adobe Pro? I use the free version.
