Hi everyone,

there is a strange problem I encountered on a single Windows 10 21H1 PC running latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Suddenly, it stopped printing PDF files to any printer.

When trying to print, the Print window appears but both pressing "Properties" or pressing "Print" don't seem to do anything. I open the Queue print window while I try to print any PDF but nothing appears.

Reinstalling the software helped, in fact, after reinstalling Adobe Reader, I was able to print. But one week later, while everything worked well, the problem came back. I reinstalled Adobe Reader and the problem was solved. But the problem came back one week later.

I tried to follow this solution (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/kb/nothing-happens-click-printer-properties.html) but this didn't help me. First, because an error stopped me while launching the mentioned update (a 2018 update that fixes a 4-years-later problem... hummm... anyway, the error said that I could not update the software because it doesn't exist on the PC - false - or the version is not compatible with the update) . Second, because the operation of adding a registry key didn't help resolve the problem.

For the third time, I reinstalled the software, but I think I will face the problem next week....

How can you help me?

Thank you!
