Print preview default settings

I need my entire company (250 users) to have their reader's print preview to default to"shrink oversized pages". 

- is there any way to do this? 

- where is this setting stored - inf/registry/?

- once a user lcicks that checkbox, does it stay set that way until they manually check a different option?
