Print to a printer

How do I print a file to a printer?  It ia a .pdf generated by Adobe.

    Still confused. So, you don't have your printer listed as an option when you choose File>Print from within Reader or you do have it listed and it works?

    It is not listed as an option from within Reader.

    Can you give us more detail? I mean, just like any other file, you would use File>Print to print to a physical printer. I'm assuming you are having issues with that part? If so, what exactly are the issues?

    The version of Reader, your OS, step by step on how you are trying to print and what results you are getting would help us help you.

    No problem with File then Print.  Only print choices are 1/Fax, 2/Microsoft Print to PDF, 3/Microsoft XPS Document Writer.  None of these seem to lead to printing to my printer.  Help!
