Printer not responding to adobe pdf

Hello everyone.

I am not able to print any pdf file when viewing it from adobe reader. Pdf files when being opened by other pdf readers are displaying the option to print. Does the Adobe don't support https://driver.support/samsung-printer-driver-support/

Hello John,

We're sorry for the trouble you had while printing PDFs with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine again after updating Adobe Reader.

Try Printing the PDF as an Image, for steps, refer to Adobe article Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

You can also refer to Adobe article for troubleshooting Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Make sure that you have the latest driver and firmware of the HP printer installed.

Are you not able to print one PDF or all the PDF files? Try removing and reinstalling the Printer drivers once.

If the issue still persists, please remove Adobe Reader using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
