Printer Preferences Not Save In Windows 11

Under Printers & Scanners, I open the Adobe PDF Printing Preferences. I uncheck Rely on system fonts only. I save the changes. It prints a few emails correctly and at some time later I get the error that it can't find required fonts. I open the Preferences aind Rely on system fonts only is checked again.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently?

 

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue occurring, for more clarity?

 

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

It is holding the setting now. I'll update the ticket if it loses the setting in the future.
