Printers not listed in Adobe Acrobat Reader

Community Beginner ,
Mar 24, 2025 Mar 24, 2025

Hello,

Recently Adobe doesn't show my installed printers anymore. When I try to print any PDF there is only one of my printers listed and the standard "Microsoft print to PDF". All my other devices are not there. All other apps (Edge, Word, other PDF readers) list all my printers, they work without any issue. But Adobe seems to reject listing them all. I've already tried to reinstall, update and repair Adobe Reader but no success.

Any help will be appreciated!

This issue was solved by placing the computer out of the GPO scope, deleting all the registered printers and adding them again by adding the computer to the GPO scope.

Hi @UEG IT

Sorry for the troubling experience and thank you for reaching out.

We had a few reports of a similar issue. However, we have not been able to reproduce it in-house. Would it be possible to have a meeting? If so, please let us know.

In the meantime, please help us with the following details:

- OS name and version.

- Reader version installed: https://adobe.ly/42hHI2D;

- Upload diagnostic logs and share them with the Log ID: https://adobe.ly/4hG4A1j

Thank you for your patience and support.
