Printing half way down page and not at the tope of the page

Hello,

I am having trpuble printing some of my documents that need to be printed on legal size paper. When I print the legal documents the information is priningting half way down the page and not at the top of the page. This is causing pertinent information to not be cut off the page. Why is this happening when I print on legal size paper?
