Since 01/01/17 any PDF files received can be opened but are displayed on the screen with a black box in the upper right corner with .PDF in it.  When I try to print the document I only get half of the document with files listed below.  Same results on three different PC's (two laptops & one desktop) all running windows 7 ?.

Hi jackw35431990,

It seems you are using Google Chrome to view/print pdf files which uses its own built-in PDF viewer. You may try installing Acrobat Reader on your computer from the following link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  (select your operating system, language, and version from the drop down options available on the download page) and click Download now

Once the installation is finished, you may download the pdf file on the hard drive and print it with Acrobat Reader.

Thank You,

Shivam
