Hello,
I have received a pdf of 2M (35 pages from a scan). When I want to print it, the print file is more than 35M which generates a lot of error messages and each time the printer begins to print the doc from the 1st page.
I have the same issue with other pdf files.
I am on Windows 10 and using Acrobat DC.
How is it possible to change that so that the file sent to the printer does not weigh 20 times the original one?
Thanks.
Thierry
Hi Akanchha,
Thank you for responding me. I tried your solution but with few success. Nevertheless I just found the solution.
I was printing as PCL (defaut installation of my printer (new). I downloaded the PS driver and everything is fine yet. Quick and clear!!
Thanks again.

Hi Thierrys,
The document that you have been trying to print, is it a actual .pdf file that contains real text or is it a scanned document and converted as pdf file?
Try to print the document as image, or you can follow the help document for further steps-Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
check the result if that makes a difference.

Akanchha
