Problème d'impression des fichiers PDF (problème non résolu)

Toutes mes excuses. J'ai cliqué sur résolu par erreur

Je ne suis plus capable d'imprimer un document PDF. Mon imprimante n'apparaît plus dans la boîte de dialogue. Elle apparaît dans le menu déroulant mais je suis incapable de la sélectionner (c'est toujours doPDFV6 qui apparaît). Comment régler cela? Merci

    Hello Claudep,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to print PDF files, is that correct?

    Please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating the Reader.

    Also, install the latest driver/firmware of the printer you have. You can refer to Adobe article and try the troubleshooting Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

    Try printing the PDF "Print as image" from the Advanced Print dialog box.

    Are you getting any specific error message while printing the PDF files? Are you not able to print from other applications too?

    Are you able to print other PDF files or it's specific to one PDF?

    What is the version of OS installed? And what is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    I have this problem only with PDF file.

    My OS is Windows 7. I have this problem with all PDF files (but only PDF). I have no problem with Excel or Word files.
