Problem between Adobe Reader DC & FileMaker Pro

New Here ,
Jan 26, 2018 Jan 26, 2018

Hi everyone,

I'm using FileMaker Pro 15.4 (32bits) and Adobe Reader DC (32 bits last version)

Sometimes, when I want to print or when I'm using FileMaker Pro, I get truncated policies in FileMaker and on my PDF :

Example :

Impossible to read or to do something !

I tried those solutions without success:

- Delete FNTCACHE.DAT files (in C:\SYSTEM32)

- Delete Adobe Reader DC cache file "acrord32_sbx"(in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp\)

- Deactivate Windows Font Cache in Services

- Restore fonts parameters by default

- Uninstall + reinstall FileMaker Pro

- Uninstall + reinstall Adobe Reader DC

When I want to delete Adobe Reader DC cache when problem occurs, I need first to restart my computer because I get a message saying : "Some files are in use" !

Those files are .TMP files called for example Z@R4209.tmp or Z@R4208.tmp, ...

After deleting those temporary files, the fonts are correct but after a week this problem recurs by doing anything special.

What can I do ?

Thank you for your help.

Mat
