Problem with e-mail setting

Question

Hi, we have a problem to send an e-mail with IMAP protocol:

we have an Aruba.it hosting, when we try to use a form pdf, there is a mailto action in it, when we click on it Adobe Acrobat Reader generate an error of connection.
When we change Aruba e-mail account with another register account it's all ok.
We wrote to Aruba but the support tell to write to you.

Can you hel us?

Hi Lanmangroup,

Sorry to share that there isn't much that can be done currently on this.

As explained above, that a particular email account is causing problem and it seems to be working with other account. So there isn't any specific troubleshooting that can be suggested for one particular Email account.

We would appreciate if you would fill the feature request form and report the bug.
