Hello, I'm having a problem with Adobe Reader Dc. In-fact, I've built up fillable PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc with QR Code to capture data of only one field when scanning. The problem is that when the form is filled on Adobe Reader DC, the QR Code turns completely grey.

Can anyone help pls?

In order to use QR codes (or a barcode field in general), your document needs to have extended Reader rights the include the barcode rights. You need either Adobe's LiveCycle software to apply these rights, or Datalogic's corresponding toolkit. These rights cannot be added with just Adobe Acrobat.

    Hi Karl,

Can you please advise how to extended Reader rights the include the barcode rights.

I could not view QR code in Adobe Reader.

I have inserted QR Code image field in table in ADLC and saved in XDP format.
It is uploaded in CRM, when user download the PDF they could view the QR code.

Can you please advise me how to fix it,

    Thanks in Advance,

    Regards,
