Problem with Signing of Documents

Hi there

We want to use the Sign Option in Adobe Reader DC, that works perfectly on all colleagues but one ...

if we try to put in the picture of her Signature it always copies the whole picture instead of just the Signature, if i take that exact same picture and try to put it in my Document it works perfectly.

does anyone have an idea what i can do.
